Project EVO

Salve, dopo aver terminato da poco l'ultimo mio progetto Project Prime, ne inizio un altro su un case ITX sponsorizzato da Phanteks, l'Evolv ITX. Il tema della build sarà bianco/nero, il case sarà wrappato e saranno inseriti gli sponsor sul laterale, è in progetto inoltre l'utilizzo di altri decals. Al suo interno posizionerò un sistema a liquido con due radiatori da 240mm, vaschetta cilindrica, pompa, waterblock cpu e gpu.


Un primo concept della build, qui vedete il drago MSI che però non sarà presente nella build finale in quanto inizialmente pensavo di usare una scheda madre MSI Z97 ITX, ma nessuna è compatibile con SSD M.2 2280 per cui la mia scelta è caduta su ASUS anche stavolta.

Salve, oggi ho aperto un pò di pacchetti. Plextor mi ha inviato uno dei loro SSD M6e M.2 da utilizzare in questa build, compatibile con la tecnologia PlexTurbo 2.0. Plexturbo è una soluzione intelligente di RAM Caching che utilizza la RAM di sistema per aumentare le prestazioni dell'SSD oltre ogni limite. Si ringrazia Plextor per il sample fornito. PlexTurbo Technology


PlexTurbo 2.0 has three main advantages;
Performance Boost
The SSD uses 1/4 of the DRAM of the system (max 4GB) as cache. The Intelligent Boost Engine® (IBE) technology, automatically detects hot data (frequently accessed) and cold data (occasionally accessed) and applies the best caching patterns for higher performance.

Safe Power Lost
The information is written simultaneously in the cache of the system as well as the SSD, in case of a power interruption or system crash, data loss will be minimized.

Life Extension Mechanism
The SSD reduces unnecessary rewriting of redundant data by using smart algorithms, in other words, instead of overwriting an entire file, the existing data is compared and unnecessary writes are avoided, increasing the life of the SSD.
