Dopo l'ingente finanziamento di 6,2 milioni di dollari pari a circa 4,8 milioni di euro ricevuto dalla iNovia Capital, l'americana Coolit acquisisce Delphi per ciò che concerne il reparto liquid cooling inclusi dipendendi,strumentistica e proprietà intellettuali.
La Delphi è una società già da tempo presente nel mercato dei sistemi di raffreddamento per i colossi dell'informatica quali Ibm,Dell e Apple.
Con questa acquisizione la Coolit si impone saldamente alla cima del mercato cooling per i produttori oem essendo in grado attualmente di poter fornire prodotti all'avanguardia e capacità di produzione di massa.

Calgary, Alberta - April 27, 2009 - Today, CoolIT Systems announces the acquisition of Delphi Thermal Liquid Cooling assets including intellectual property, machinery, and equipment.
