OCZ è prossima al rilascio del suo nuovo phase change denominato Cryo-Z.
Esso si presenta come il primo phase change rilasciato dalla ocz destinato alla produzione di massa con un prezzo relativamente contenuto(299$).
Il cryo-z usa un refrigerante R507 che permette di ottenere temperature di -50° a vuoto.
